As Co-Founder of Back2Back Studio, I led the design, production and manufacturing of a unique springboard system, introducing springboard Pilates into a group fitness format in Australia. I built the brand from the ground up, shaping the studio’s identity, marketing and social media strategy. I managed growth across marketing and operations, with the business becoming profitable within its first four months and continuing to grow year on year.
