At Sinch MessageMedia, I improved product usability across the messaging platform within the Ecosystems team. I partnered closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design end-to-end product flows and shape seamless user experiences.

Through user interviews and usability testing, I gathered insights that informed roadmap priorities. I built rapid prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma to validate ideas, and created journey maps and workflows in Miro to align cross-functional teams.
